STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Jermaine’s vast experience as a professional Strength & Conditioning Coach has seen him work with pro athletes within some of the top UK sports teams, to enhance physical performance whilst working to ensure they stay pain and injury free!
Most recently leading the Arsenal Women First Team’s physical performance programme, he has specialised in both men’s and women’s sports working with amateur, youth and professional athletes.
In this series, Jermaine will put this invaluable knowledge and experience into practice, by showing athletes from a range of different sports easy to administer exercises that can be implemented within their warm up and physical preparation sessions. These exercises will help increase muscle strength, stability and function with the aim of working towards preventing some of the most common injuries related to their sport.
