Taking prescribed medicines
Can I take the Anadin range of painkillers if I am taking medicines prescribed by my doctor?
Always consult your pharmacist and read the information leaflet provided in the medicine pack.
Your pharmacist is able to advise you of medicines which cannot be taken with the Anadin range or where there is a chance that Anadin and your other medicine(s) may interfere with each other.
This is to:
- Ensure that the Anadin painkiller chosen is suitable
- Make sure that all the doctor-prescribed medicines that you are taking remain effective
- Prevent any increase in the potential for side-effects which can occur
